Dried Flower Care & Info Guide
Everything you need to know to keep your blooms looking beautiful
Hey there, flower lover!
Thanks so much for having a look at our handmade dried flower bouquets. Our everlasting beauties are low-maintenance, eco-friendly, and totally swoon-worthy. Whether you’re gifting them or keeping them for yourself (we support that), here’s how to get the most out of your flowers.
First Things First: What Are Dried Flowers?
Our dried flowers are real flowers that have been naturally preserved, either air-dried or gently treated to maintain their shape and colour. They’re the perfect blend of rustic charm and effortless elegance, and best of all? They last for months, even years, with just a little love.
Keep Them Cool, Keep Them Pretty
Dried flowers like chill vibes. Here’s how to keep them looking fresh (even though they’re dry):
-
Keep out of direct sunlight – Bright sunlight can fade their colours over time.
-
Avoid humidity and water – These guys don’t need a drink. Moisture can make them soft, mouldy, or brittle.
-
No need for a vase of water – Just pop them in a dry vase or display them as-is.
Light Touch Only
Dried flowers are a little more delicate than fresh ones, so treat them gently.
-
Dust gently with a feather duster, a soft brush, or a cool hairdryer on low (hold it far away).
-
Handle with care – Try not to rearrange them too much. They’re pretty set in their ways!
How Long Do They Last?
With proper care, your dried bouquet can last 6–12 months or more! Over time, they may naturally fade or become a bit more fragile but that just adds to their vintage charm.
Eco-Friendly & Stylish
Unlike fresh flowers that wilt in a week, dried blooms are sustainable, long-lasting, and zero-maintenance. No water, no waste, and totally compostable when you're ready to say goodbye (or turn them into a crafty keepsake).
Display Tips
-
Try a ceramic or glass vase with a narrow neck to support the stems.
-
Great for home offices, bedrooms, gifts, weddings, or anywhere you want a floral pop without the fuss.
-
Keep them away from curious pets, they look good, but they’re not snackable!
