How are your dried flower arrangements made?

Each bouquet is carefully arranged by hand and made to order, so every piece is truly one of a kind. We personally select and style every stem with attention to detail, making sure your bouquet feels special, intentional, and beautifully balanced.

How should I care for my dried flower arrangements?

To maintain the beauty of your dried flower arrangements, it is recommended to keep them in a dry environment away from direct sunlight. What is your return policy?

If you’d like to return your order, you have 14 days from the date you revoke your purchase to get in touch with us and begin the return process. Items must be returned in their original condition (unopened, unused, and as received) to be eligible for a refund. Please see our return page for more detail.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 working days, and depending on the delivery service you choose, your order should arrive within 2–4 working days after purchase. For more details on shipping options and timeframes, check out our Delivery Information page.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we’re only shipping within the United Kingdom but we’re working on expanding and hope to offer international delivery soon. Stay tuned, and thank you for your patience!
