Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you’ve changed your mind, you are entitled to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, contact details, and a brief reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging). We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product cost to your original payment method.

Please note: we do not refund original delivery charges, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if you notify us within 30 days of receiving a faulty item.
